April Pulley Sayres' beautiful book Trout are Made of Trees shows the important connection between trees and fish and takes us on a journey through nature.

Kids will learn about local plants and animals and then our children’s event coordinator & tutor, Courtney Curtis will lead the kids in making a fun pastel drawing of Big Chico Creek. Courtney is also a credentialed teacher and her story telling is a hit with our young attendees.
